Join fellow runners on August 19, 2018 for the 11th Annual Plattsburgh Tour de Force Charity Run and Bike Race. It's a fantastic Half-Marathon, 10K, 5K, 1.6K featuring a flat and fast course in Plattsburgh.

Tour de Force Half Marathon
The Half Marathon will start at 8:00AM. This will be an out and back course which will start at Mooney Bay Marina in Plattsburgh,N.Y. 12901.You will come out of Mooney Bay Marina and take a right onto the Point Au Roche Road which turns into the Cemetery Road. Once you come to the end of the Cemetery road you will take a right onto the Lake Shore Road and turn around at 6.55 miles. The course will have mile markers along the entire course for all three distances and all three runs will take place on paved roads. Their will be water and Gatorade at the 1.55 Miles,3 miles, 6.1 miles and 9.75 miles.This is sure to be a very scenic, flat and fast "PR" course! Their will be one portable bathroom at the half turnaround and one portable bathroom at the 10k turnaround.All turnarounds will be marked on the road with Signs and their will also be a volunteer at each turnaround point guiding runners. IF AT LEAST TWO PEOPLE SIGN UP FOR THIS PORTION OF THE EVENT AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL RECEIVE A $10.00 OVERALL DISCOUNT FROM 01/01/18 thru 08/17/18.
Tour de Force 10k Run or Walk
The 10k run or Walk will start at 8:10AM. This will be an out and back course which will start at Mooney Bay Marina and take a riight onto the Point Au Roche Road which turns into the Cemetery Road. Once you come to the end of the Cemetery Road you will take a right onto the Lake Shore Road and turn around at 3.1 miles. This is sure to be a very scenic, flat and fast "PR" course and their will be water and Gatorade at mile 1.55 and three miles. All turnarounds will be marked on the road with a sign and their will also be a volunteer at each turnaround to guide the runners. IF AT LEAST THREE PEOPLE SIGN UP FOR THIS PORTION OF THE EVENT AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL RECEIVE A $10.00 OVERALL DISCOUNT FROM 01/01/18 thru 08/17/18.
Tour de Force 5k Run or walk
The 5k run or walk will start at 8:20AM. This will be an out-and-back course which will start at Mooney Bay Marina .You will come out of the Marina and take a right onto the Point Au Roche Road which turns into the Cemetery Road. You will turnaround on the cemetary road at a sign in the middle of the road and head back to the Marina.This is sure to be a very scenic, flat and fast "PR" course! Their will be water at the 5k turnaround and the turnaround will be marked with a sign. IF AT LEAST FOUR PEOPLE SIGN UP FOR THIS PORTION OF THE EVENT AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL RECEIVE A $10.00 OVERALL DISCOUNT FROM 01/01/18THRU 08/17/18.
Run or Walk one mile
We have just added a Fun run which will begin at 8:25 AM and the cost will be a donation of 20.00 dollars to the Tour De Force Charity. All walkers or runners for this event will receive a race T Shirt and finishers medal and this part of the event will not be timed. The Fun run and walk will come out of the Mooney Bay Marina and take a right onto the Point Au Roche Road where the turnaround will be. IF A FAMILY OR GROUP OF PEOPLE OF AT LEAST FOUR PEOPLE REGISTER FOR THIS PORTION OF THE EVENT AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL RECEIVE A OVERALL $10.00 DISCOUNT FROM 03/03/17 thru 08/17/17
