11th Annual Shea's Chase 5K Run & Walk
About this race
Shea’s Chase began as a way to promote mental wellness through movement and conversation. Ten years later, that purpose still holds true. We’re inviting our community to come together on September 26, 2026, for a day that’s both fun and meaningful—supporting mental health services and raising awareness about suicide and the lives it has touched.
The 5K course begins and ends at Revolution Mill. Whether you’re running to compete or walking with friends, solo or on a team, young or old—all are welcome.
Please note: Registrations after September 4, 2026, are not guaranteed a t-shirt.

Smiles For Miles Fun Run - All-Inclusive 1 Mile Run!
The fun run begins at 10 AM and is for kids and those who would like to participate but prefer a shorter distance walk/run!
