About this race
Best Leg Day Ever!
Join us for our 17th Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk – it's become a local tradition! On Thursday, November 26, “Turkey Day,” we invite the whole family flock to run, walk or trot. The race also features a Youth 1 Mile Fun Run; all racers will enjoy refreshments following the race.
The first 2,000 participants to register will receive a dri-fit t-shirt and the first 2,000 finishers receive a commemorative medal.
Proceeds from the Paul Markhoff Racing with the J 5Ks benefit the Levis JCC programs and services utilized by children and families in our community.

5k Ages 10 and under: $25 until November 16; $30 November 17-26; $35 Race Day
Ages 11 and over: $35 until November 16; $40 November 17-26; $50 Race Day
Youth 1 Mile Fun Run: $20 until November 16; $30 November 17-Race Day

Awards
Awards will be given to:
- Top 3 male and female overall.
- Masters Award to fastest male and female runner over 40
- Top 3 male and female in the following age group categories: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
- Top 3 overall Schwedelson Special Needs 5K
- Collectible finisher medals to the first 1700 5k participants
- All kids will receive a medal for the 1 mile fun run
Parking
All park entrances to South County Regional Park will close at 7:00 am due to road closures. The only entrance that will remain open will be the Glades Rd. entrance. Please see parking map above under Parking Information.
Race will take place rain or shine. No rain date. Strollers are allowed. Shirt sizing is not guaranteed.
Join fellow runners on November 28, 2024 for the 17th Annual Levis JCC Turkey Trot 5k. It's a fantastic 5K, 1.6K featuring a flat and fast course in Boca Raton.

5k Ages 10 and under: $20 until November 17; $25 November 18-27 5k Ages 11 and over: $35 until November 17; $40 November 18-27
Youth 1 Mile Fun Run
This is an non-timed event. All kids will receive a participation medal at the finish line.
Turkey Trot Virtual 5k At Home
Participants will choose their own course and race virtually at home. Packets can be picked up in person, or mailed if out of state.
