23rd Annual "This Run's for Jack"
Fighting Melanoma Every Step of the Way!
Choose IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL. Single event...or compete in more than one: Run / Walk / Ride / Golf.
- IN-PERSON Event:
- Complimentary skin screening with dermatologist.
- Course Map
- Hospitality Tent for those touched by the disease.
- Course is paved and accessible for people with disabilities.
- Food and drinks will be available to participants at the finish line.
- Strollers allowed but must line up behind runners.
- Please Note: No pets, bikes, or roller-blades are allowed in the race.
- TRI-ATHLETE MEDAL AND SHIRT (in-person and virtual)
- Sign-up and compete in 3 events and receive a TRFJ Tri-Athlete medal and shirt.
- All Participants receive an SPF50 Longsleeve Shirt.

IN-PERSON 5k Walk/Run. RRCA Championship Event Challenge yourself: Compete in 3 events and receive a Tri-Athlete medal and shirt. Please note: No pets.
TRFJ VIRTUAL 10 Mile Bike Ride
Bike 10 miles and post your time to our leaderboard. Shirts and medal (if applicable) mailed out after October 19. Challenge yourself: Compete in 3 events and receive a Tri-Athlete medal and shirt.
