44th Annual Bridge-Buster 5K Run
About this race
Sponsored by the Fort Pierce Sunrise Kiwanis Club, this run/race/walk event is the oldest footrace in St. Lucie County! The event starts at 7:30 AM on Saturday, January 9, 2027. Registration will take place on-site beginning at 6:30 AM. Participants will race out & back over the South Bridge, starting and finishing at the River Walk Center. Individual water bottles and snacks will be provided. This run is the perfect New Year's Resolution!
Entry Fee: $35 received on or before November 30, 2026; $40 after this date; Student Fee (19 and under): $25 (no other discount applies) on or before November 30, 2026, $30 after this date; Entry fees are non-refundable.
Registration: Online here at RunSignup, online at www.fpsunrisekiwanis.com, or mail the completed application with check/money order to Fort Pierce Sunrise Kiwanis Club, 600 Citrus Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Pierce, FL 34950. All race packets will be distributed on race day.

Separate competitor class (male) for those over 200 pounds; no additional charge but first three places are NOT eligible for age-related category awards

Separate competitor class (female) for those over 160 pounds; no additional charge but first three places are NOT eligible for age-related category awards
39th Annual Bridge-Buster 5K Virtual Run
You must register and complete the 5K distance and send notification of completion by January 15, 2022. We will send you an official Bridge Buster t-shirt. Please email your notification of completion to fpsunrisekiwanis@gmail.com.
