On Saturday May 2nd at 9:30am come walk a mile to raise awareness for Parkinson's Disease and our amazing Rock Steady Boxing Toms River program. Donations go to the NJ Chapter of the Parkinson's Foundation and our program for new equipment and events for our boxers. Come walk with us and meet some of our fearless boxer warriors!
Check in begins at 9:30am, walk begins at 10:00am.

Rock Steady Boxing Toms River opened in July 2021 by Tracey Rodriguez, a physical therapist in Lacey, New Jersey with Atlantic Physical Therapy Center. Rock Steady Boxing Toms River was opened to fight against Parkinson's and improve the quality of life of as many people with Parkinson's as possible. The program is designed to combine non-combat boxing, agility, coordination, balance, flexibility and strength to help slow the progression of the disease and to maximize functional independence. Rock Steady Boxing serves both men and women of all ages, levels and ability.
