This July, take on the “Viva Frida” 50-Mile Challenge, a tribute to the bold, brilliant, and resilient spirit of Frida Kahlo. Known for transforming pain into art and embracing her true self with fearless authenticity, Frida continues to inspire generations to rise above, express freely, and walk through life with courage. Why 50 Miles? Every mile symbolizes Frida’s powerful voice, vibrant creativity, and unbreakable strength. Whether you walk, run, bike, or move in your own way—let each mile reflect your journey of self-expression, healing, and empowerment. Challenge Dates: July 1 – July 31, 2026 How to Join: 1. Register online2. Choose your activity (walk, run, jog, hike) —mix it up!
3. Track your miles throughout the month.
4. Share your progress on social media using #VivaFridaChallenge 5. Complete your 50 miles and receive your commemorative medal, tech-tee and waterproof sticker! Bonus: Wear bold colors, flowers in your hair, or anything inspired by Frida’s iconic style as you complete your miles. Dedicate your challenge to a cause, a personal transformation, or to reclaiming your power—just as Frida did through every brushstroke. Let’s celebrate her legacy by moving with intention, loving fiercely, and living colorfully. Viva la vida. Viva Frida!
