Screw City 2 Mile Run - Liv Life Memorial Run
AGAIN THIS YEAR!! The RRM Screw City - Liv Life Memorial 2 mile run. This 2 mile run will start at the same time as the Duathlon and run/walk the 2 mile Duathlon run course. It starts at Peak Sports Club - out one mile - then returns to the finish line. ALL AGES AND FAMILIES WELCOME TO RUN/WALK THIS EVENT!

POST RACE FITNESS CHALLENGE - FREE TO ALL RACERS
NEW THIS YEAR!! FREE - to all Screw City Event Racers!! Rock River Multisport and Abominable Snow Race (ASR) have teamed up to provide a FREE Post Race Fitness Challenge to ALL Screw City Duathlon Participants. The course will be a speed run, something that can be completed in 2 -5 mins or so. * Tire Flip - Racer will need to complete at least 1 flip * Double Bucket Carry - Racer will carry the bucket(s) around the marked area. (1 bucket can be done as well). * Abominable Burpees -Races will complete 3 abominable * Cargo Net Crawl - Racers crawl under the cargo net and run into the finish line. Can be done single or head to head with your racing buddies! All racers that attempt the challenge will be entered in your drawing for $100.00 and we will have a LEADER BOARD based on time Top Male and Female Award (Award TBD).
