HOPE's 16th Annual Sham Rock N' Run 5k

Race Start Time: 8:00AM, Registration opens at 7:00am
Location: St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Oviedo, FL
The first 700 to register will receive a Performance T-shirt, Finisher’s Medal, and a custom race bib.
T-shirt sizes, are Adult sizes only and will not be guaranteed after January 23rd, 2027
All participants are encouraged to dress up in their St. Patty's Day best! Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. There will also be a special prize for the largest team. All attendees will receive a race bag filled with your event t-shirt along with 5K swag. We are asking our participants to fill and return the race bag with non-perishable food items to support our Food Pantry for families in need.
Children pushed in strollers are welcome to attend for free. All strollers and baby joggers must start at the back of the pack.
Parking is available on site at no charge.
For safety reasons, no skates, skateboards, bikes, or non-service animals will be allowed on the racecourse.
Awards/Giveaways
Awards will be given to the top 3 male/female runners in the following age categories:
9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
All proceeds from the Sham Rock N Run benefit HOPE Helps, Inc., whose mission is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida. Learn more about HOPE at www.hopehelps.org.

*If you are not present on race day, your shirt and medal will be available for pick up at HOPE Helps - 812 Eyrie Drive, Oviedo, FL 32765 beginning March 8th through March 12th, 2027. Or they can be mailed to you for an additional $5 postage fee. Email events@hopehelps.org for more details.
No refunds or transfers will be given.
Join fellow runners on March 7, 2020 for the HOPE's 16th Annual Sham Rock N Run 5k. It's a fantastic 5K, FREE Leprechaun Lap (for children under 10), Snooze for HOPE featuring a flat and fast course in Oviedo.

The first 600 registered are guaranteed finisher's medals, t-shirts and custom race bibs.
FREE Leprechaun Lap (for children under 10)
FREE Fun Run for children under 10. They will be broken into age groups and run a short distance depending on their age. After the race, they will get to chose a small prize from our "Pot of Gold."
Snooze for HOPE
Sleep in and still support HOPE Helps. Participants will receive a medal and t-shirt following the race.
Virtual 5k
Can't make it on the 7th? Run a 5k on your own time and let us know! We'll send you a t-shirt and medal following the race in honor of your support.
