Karknocker 5K Race/Walk - 29th Annual

This is the 29th Annual event Co-Sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce & M&T Bank and is open to the public. Race starts at 7:00 PM on Friday, July 24, 2026. Starts and ends at East Rochester School District campus, 200 Woodbine Avenue.

USATF Certified Course: NY24006KL

Participant benefits:

• Karknocker DriFit t-shirt  and medal for the first 200 registrants (To be eligible to receive an event t-shirt, registrations must be received by 5:00 pm July 6, 2026.)

  The age groups are as follows:
  9 and Under, 10 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70 to 74, 75 to 79

  The Top 3 Men and Top 3 Women in each age group receive MEDALS.
