Race #1: The Mighty Miler 1.5 mi untimed friendly run/walk Race #2: The Mighty Murph, 1 mi run 100 push ups 200 sit ups 300 squats Additional 1 mi run Race #3: The Mini Murph 1 mi run 50 pushups 50 sit ups 50 squats Additional 1 mi run Entry fee is $1.50, through April 27th, no matter which Race you choose . And increases to $5 per registrant on April 28th We will have staggered starts, those completing the Murph Races will begin first. The Mighty Miler participants will start shortly after. Each event option will have a One Hour time cap. Food, drinks, music, games, and fun will be offered after as we celebrate your hard work.
