Our Mission
To foster healthy activity and get families moving together through running, walking, and staying active.
Join us on Saturday, May 23rd for the 28th Annual Olmsted Spirit 5K! This event promotes community fun, camaraderie, and family fitness while supporting our incredible Olmsted Falls Students. This year, we will be donating profits equally between the High School, Middle School, and Elementary School. Show your "Olmsted Spirit" and get the whole family moving!

Registration Pricing:
- 5K Run/Walk: $30 (Discounted to $12 for Ages 0–18)
- Youth Fun Run (Ages 1–10): $10
Race Day Timeline:
- 7:00 AM – 8:25 AM: Packet Pick-Up
- 8:10 AM: Group Warm-Up
- 8:30 AM: 5K Start
- 9:30 AM: Youth Running Events (On the OFHS Track)
- 10:00 AM: Award Ceremony

Awards & Recognition
Stick around for our 10:00 AM Award Ceremony where we will recognize our top runners!
- Overall Winners: The Top Overall Female and Male in the 5k will receive a Large Trophy.
- Age Group Awards: Awards given to the Top 3 Females and Males in the following age categories, stretching all the way to 80+:
8 & Under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & Over - Youth Fun Run: Every kid who participates gets a Finisher Medal!

Join fellow runners on May 29, 2022 for the 28th Annual Olmsted Spirit 5k. It's a fantastic 5K, 3.2K, 1.6K featuring a flat and fast course in Olmsted Falls.

Running
Olmsted Spirit 5k Run/Walk
The 5k run/walk will start after the 1 Mile Run. Approximate start time will be 8:15am.
Tactical Vest Division
Run the 5k RX+ in your vest! Men must wear a 20lb vest and women wear a 14lb vest. Overall female and male winner take home a case of FitAid!
Middle or High School Team Division - 1 Mile Run
New This Year! Get your friends together from your team or organization and run your fastest mile together! Every team who enters will be entered into a raffle to win a donation to the team/organization you are representing! Cross Country Style Scoring. Teams may consist of 4-7 runners.
Open, Masters 1 and 2, Grand Masters Team Division - 5k Run
New This Year! Assemble your team and run for glory! Cross Country Style Scoring. 4-7 runners/team. Top team wins a cash prize!
One Mile Run
New This Year! A faster and friendlier 1 Mile Option! Please note, you must run this and not walk and be able to finish in under 15 minutes!
Walking
2 Mile Walk
Enjoy the morning and atmosphere of race day with friends and take a nice brisk stroll along the 2 mile course that takes you from the OFHS track to the top of the Fitch Rd overpass and back!
