To foster healthy activity and get families moving together through running, walking, and staying active.
Join us on Saturday, May 23rd for the 28th Annual Olmsted Spirit 5K! This event promotes community fun, camaraderie, and family fitness while supporting our incredible Olmsted Falls Students. This year, we will be donating profits equally between the High School, Middle School, and Elementary School. Show your "Olmsted Spirit" and get the whole family moving!

Registration Pricing:
- 5K Run/Walk: $30 (Discounted to $12 for Ages 0–18)
- Youth Fun Run (Ages 1–10): $10
Race Day Timeline:
- 7:00 AM – 8:25 AM: Packet Pick-Up
- 8:10 AM: Group Warm-Up
- 8:30 AM: 5K Start
- 9:30 AM: Youth Running Events (On the OFHS Track)
- 10:00 AM: Award Ceremony

- Overall Winners: The Top Overall Female and Male in the 5k will receive a Large Trophy.
- Age Group Awards: Awards given to the Top 3 Females and Males in the following age categories, stretching all the way to 80+:
8 & Under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & Over - Youth Fun Run: Every kid who participates gets a Finisher Medal!

Join fellow runners on May 5, 2024 for the 28th Annual Olmsted Spirit 5k. It's a fantastic 5K, 3.2K featuring a flat and fast course in Olmsted Falls.
Pick your distance
Running
5k Run
The 5k run will start after the 1500m track run. Please note that we encourage participants who sign up for the 5k to be able to run the entire 3.14 miles. If you are planning to walk the majority of the race, please consider signing up for the 2 Mile! The police will re-open the streets to traffic by 9:15AM (approximately 45 minutes after the race starts. The traffic control officers will ask you to move to the side of the road or sidewalk for your safety after this time) Approximate race start time will be 8:30am.
Tactical Vest Division (5k Run)
Run the 5k RX+ in your vest! Men must wear a 20lb vest and women wear a 14lb vest. The tactical vest division will start with the normal 5k runners. 8:30AM Start
2 Mile Run/Walk
Enjoy the morning and atmosphere of race day with friends and take a nice run or stroll along the 2 mile course that takes you from the OFHS track to the top of the Fitch Rd overpass and back! You will start with the 5k runners at approximately 8:30AM. Please stay in the back of the line on race day and allow all 5k runners in front!
Olmsted Falls Run Club Registration (For Kids and Coaches Only. Run Club Offered Cover Grades 4-8)
Run Club Kids in Grades 3-8 now have the option to run in the 2 Mile Run or 5k (3.14 miles). Because of the heavily discount pricing for the Run Club participants, the race t-shirt is not included. The kids do get their own run club shirt that is included with their run club registration.
