36th Annual Independence Day 5K Virtual Runner/Walker
We realize there may be many people all over the world who want to take action to support the South Hampton Roads community. Virtual runners/ walkers will receive a custom medal. You pick a time from June 28–July 4th to run or walk 3.1 miles (5K). Participants can choose the setting—trail, road, or treadmill. Please take some photos to share on our event page or tag us on Facebook with #5KYMCA. Please register by June 20th if possible! (Makes ordering medals much easier!) Your medal will be shipped after the event and should be received by the end of July 2020.
36th Annual Independence Day 5K 1/4 Mile Tot Trot
Show us your Red, White, and Blue and start your holiday off with a 1/4-Mile Tot Trot to raise money for a good cause. By participating in this event you are assisting others in your community with Child Care, Swim Lessons, Health and Wellness programs, Youth and Teen activities, Older Adult programs and Summer Camp. You pick a time from June 28–July 4th to run or walk 1/4 mile. Please take some photos to share on our event page or tag us on Facebook with #5KYMCA. Please register by June 20th if possible! Prizes will be awarded for most patriotic outfit and most creative family picture.
