Join us as we celebrate the 5th Annual Lids_Live_Well- NESS Fest, we mark not only a milestone year, but the continued growth of a movement rooted in community, connection, and holistic wellness.

What began as a small gathering has evolved into a vibrant, community-centered event that brings together individuals, families, and organizations committed to living well, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Each year, our reach expands, our partnerships deepen, and our impact grows stronger.

This event is more than a moment, it is a space where wellness is redefined through a holistic lens, where community members feel seen, supported, and empowered. From physical health resources to mental and emotional well-being, we are building a culture of care that extends far beyond a single day.

This year’s event will take place on August 29, 2026, at Forest Park, providing a beautiful and accessible setting for our community to come together in celebration of health, wellness, and connection. Our collaboration with the Springfield Parks and Recreation Department has been instrumental in helping us grow this event and expand its reach across the community.

This dynamic event will feature a 5K run/walk, a variety of fitness presentations designed for all levels, as well as music, food and local vendors, creating an inclusive and engaging experience for all who attend.
