We use cookies to:

• Keep the Service running and secure, including signing you in and protecting against fraud and cross-site request forgery.

• Understand how visitors find and use the Service so we can measure performance and improve it.
• Remember your cookie choices so we don’t ask you again unnecessarily.

Strictly necessary

Required for the Service to work. They enable core functions like signing in, page navigation, security, and load balancing. The Service can’t function properly without them, so they don’t require consent and can’t be switched off in our system.

Functional

Remember choices you make to give you a better experience, such as your “remember me” preference or display settings.

Analytics / performance

Help us understand how the Service is used — which pages are popular and where visitors come from — so we can improve it. Where required, we set these only with your consent.

Advertising

We do not currently use advertising cookies.

The table below lists the cookies typically used on the Service.

Some cookies are set by third parties whose tools we use, including Google (for “Sign in with Google” and, where applicable, analytics). These providers process data under their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review. When you click an outbound link to an event organizer or registration platform, that destination site may set its own cookies, which are outside our control.

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period — from a few months up to two years for some analytics cookies — or until you delete them. Specific durations are listed in the table above.

• Our cookie banner. Where shown, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies.
• Your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. See the guides for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Service from working, including signing in.

Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals, the Service does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices or the law change. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
