9/11 25th Anniversary Memorial 5K Run/Walk
Saturday, September 12, 2026 | Bluffton, SC
Honor. Remember. Support.
Join us as we mark the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001—a day we will never forget—and stand alongside the firefighters who serve and protect Bluffton every single day. This meaningful community 5K brings together runners, walkers, families, and local businesses to honor the fallen while strengthening support for our hometown heroes.
Our Mission
The Bluffton Firefighter Foundation is working to raise $50,000+ to expand the Firefighter Emergency Fund—a vital resource that provides immediate financial support to firefighters and their families when they need it most.
Why It Matters
Behind the uniform, firefighters face real challenges that don’t end when the shift does:
• Line-of-duty injuries and lost wages
• Family emergencies and unexpected medical needs
• Serious health battles, including cancer and cardiac events
Your support helps ensure that no firefighter—or their family—has to face these hardships alone.
