This year, we aren't chasing an arbitrary number. We are chasing something harder to catch: unwavering consistency. This challenge is your framework for showing up, week in and week out.
For the New Runner: Consistency is the secret sauce. It’s not about how fast you go; it’s about how often you lace up. This is where you build the habit that changes everything. We’re here to help you make that commitment stick.
For the Veteran: You know the drill. You can’t cheat the mileage. This challenge is your accountability mirror—a reminder to stop negotiating with yourself and get the work done.
