5K | 15+ Obstacles - Individual - Fun Run
Our Just for Fun heats are for any level, beginners to seasoned racers. The main focus is to have fun and get out to play this Winter. Completion of obstacles is optional. There’s no punishment for not completing an obstacle. You have unlimited attempts as well. Ages 10-14 must be accompanied with an adult.

Elite/AG - Individual - 10K | 25+ Obstacles
Ages 15+ Our competitive division is a Mandatory Obstacle Completion event which means to be in contention for a podium spot, you must successfully complete all of the obstacles. You get multiple attempts on all obstacles. Failure to complete an obstacle only takes you out of earning a podium spot, you still go on to finish the race and earn your swag. Overall TOP 3 Male and Females will be awarded a CASH prize, and then each top 3 Male and Female in their respective age groups will receive podium awards. Heroes Heat - Individual - 10K | 25+ Obstacles
For Veterans, First Responders, Active Military and their family members. This heat is Just for Fun, and Obstacles are Optional. Proudly represent your branch of service or your department in this heat. Ages 10-14 must be accompanied with an adult.
20K Yeti's Challenge | 50+ Obstacles - Individual - Fun Run
Yeti Challenges you to complete 2 laps of our Abominable Course. A total of 20k | 50+ Obstacles. Complete both laps and you'll earn 3 Medals! Including the coveted Yeti Nation Medal. Our Just for Fun heats are for any level, beginners to seasoned racers. The main focus is to have fun and get out to play this Winter. Completion of obstacles is optional. There’s no punishment for not completing an obstacle. You have unlimited attempts as well. Ages 10-14 must be accompanied with an adult.
LiL Yetis - 1/4 - 1/2 Mile | 7-10 Obstacles
Ages 4-11. All kids receive an Abominable Snow Race Medal and Finisher's Shirt Our Kid's Course features a 1/4- 1/2 mile loop with 7+ obstacles. Parents may walk or run along side their children and help them when needed and, of course, take as many videos and pictures you want!

To Complete this Virtual Event: - Run/Walk/ Ruck a 5K at your choice of location. - Complete the following fitness challenges before, during or after the 5K: - 20 Jump Squats - 10 Push Ups - 20 Forward Lunges (each side) - 20 Second Elbow plank Reaches (each side) - 20 Mountain Climbers - 10 Yard Bear Crawl (x3) - 15 Second Air Squat (x3) Virtual Race is done on an honor system, so you are not required to upload your results. Shirt, medal and bib will will ship out within one week of registering.
