About the Event
A Mother's Day weekend event just for the ladies, the AdventHealth Girlz on Fire Sprint Triathlon & 5K at the World Triathlon Destination, Clermont, FL. The Girlz on Fire Triathlon features a .25 mile Swim, 8-mile bike, and a 3.1 mile Run, along with a Duathlon and 5K Run/Walk.
Join fellow runners on May 9, 2026 for the AdventHealth Girlz on Fire Women's Triathlon & 5K. It's a fantastic 18.6K, 19.8K, 5K, 13.6K, 5.4K featuring a flat and fast course in Clermont.

Girlz on Fire Virtual Race
Can't make the race in person but want to have the cool race shirt and earn your finisher medal...then the virtual option is the way to go! Just like the name says, this is a virtual option and no packet will be available for you at the race. All virtual packets are sent out the week after the event. Additional information on our virtual events will be sent to you after you register.
