💚 ALAS SIN LÍMITES 5K — Virtual 5K for Cerebral Palsy 💚

“No matter how differently we travel the journey, we can all reach the finish line.” ♿🏃‍♀️💚

Alas Sin Límites 5K was born from a mother’s heart and the immense love she has for her daughter, and it extends to every child, teen, adult, and family living with cerebral palsy. This virtual 5K is about more than running—it is about inclusion, love, strength, hope, and raising awareness.

We run for those who can run, walk for those who can walk, push a wheelchair for those who need our legs, and move forward together for those who face challenges every day that many people never get to see.

My daughter is part of the inspiration that brought this event to life, but this race is for EVERYONE affected by cerebral palsy. 💚 Each participant will complete 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) in their own way—running, walking, jogging, using a wheelchair, or alongside someone completing the distance with them.

Here, time does not determine the winner. The true victory is reaching the finish line together. Every kilometer represents visibility, every medal represents strength, and every participant helps remind the world that a disability never diminishes the value of a life.
