5K Stroller
Only human-powered, road-worthy, single or double child strollers or wheelchairs are allowed. Strollers will start with the runners & walkers in their pace-appropriate wave.

5K Roller/Inline Skate
Types of skates permitted: Inline skates ("rollerblades") or traditional "quad" skates with wheels arranged 2x2. Helmets are required and other gear recommended as desired (wrist guards, elbow pads, knee pads). No skateboards or scooters are allowed.
Wheelchair
5K Wheelchair
Wheelchairs should be road-worthy and self-propelled. If someone has to push, sign up for the "5K Stroller" event instead. Wheelchair participants will start with the runners & walkers in their pace-appropriate wave.
