The long-awaited RETURN of the Allyson Whitney 5K is finally here — get READY to lace up for 3.1 miles around beautiful Kauneonga Lake in Sullivan County, New York. We are excited to welcome runners, walkers, friends, supporters, and our entire endurance community back together for one unforgettable day of positivity, remembrance, inspiration, and celebration.

Join us on Saturday, September 19, 2026 in beautiful Kauneonga Lake, New York, for the return of this beloved event at the same great location and amazing course that so many participants have enjoyed throughout the years.

Whether you are chasing a personal record, participating in your very first 5K, walking with friends and family, honoring someone special, or simply coming to enjoy an incredible community event — the Allyson Whitney 5K is designed for ALL ages and ALL abilities.
