RBR 25K Virtual Run
Can’t participate with us on Saturday, May 11. Run a 25K, 10K, 5K or complete a 5K Walk as your schedule permits between May 8 and May 31, 2019 and receive a race shirt, bib and event finisher medal in the mail. Virtual Run participants must be registered online by May 7, 2019 (11:59pm). Share your photos by tagging us on social medal with the #RBRGRvirtual19 and send us your distance and finish time, and we’ll post it in our online results.

25K Run presented by Fifth Third Bank
The USATF certified loop course starts in downtown Grand Rapids on Monroe Avenue at Lyon Street and heads south, leaving the city to weave through parks and along the Grand River before finishing back downtown on Ottawa Avenue at Lyon Street. For the safety of all 25K participants, baby joggers, bicycles, roller blades, skateboards and animals are not allowed in the 25K Run.
25K Two Hour Club
25K Two Hour Club participants receive preferred start positioning immediately behind the 25K elite athletes, private gear check, restrooms, pre-race and post-race refreshments and networking with other Two Hour Club participants. Two Hour Club participants must have completed the 2018 25K in 2:00:00:00 or less. Verification of 2018 finishing times are completed by race staff. 25K Relay
A 25K Relay group consists of two or three participants who will run the entire 25K (15.5 miles) distance. Each participant will run one leg that ranges from 3 to 7 miles. If your relay group has only two members competing, this requires that one member run two consecutive legs. Relay groups can be all male, all female or co-ed. Results are posted and non-competitive. Each participant will receive a 25K Relay finisher medal and bragging rights! For the safety of all 25K and 25K Relay participants, baby joggers, bicycles, roller blades, skateboards and animals are not allowed in the 25K Run and Relay
10K Run presented by Fox Honda
The 10K USATF-certified race starts at 7:40 am with a staggered start (groups released from the start every 2-3 minutes). For the safety of all 10K participants, baby joggers, bicycles, roller blades, skateboards and animals are not allowed in the 10K Run. The 1OK does offer a price discount for ages 12 and under that will be made at checkout.
5K Run presented by the Power of 5
The 5K USATF-certified run will feature a staggered start (groups released from the start every 2-3 minutes) beginning at 7:00 am. For the safety of all 5K runners, baby joggers, bicycles, roller blades, skateboards and animals are not allowed in the 5K Run. The 5K does offer a price discount for ages 12 and under that will made at checkout.

Walking
RBR 5K Virtual Walk
5K Community Walk presented by BDO
The 5K Community Walk starts at 9am. This is the only River Bank Run event that welcomes baby joggers (strollers), wagons and dogs (leashed). Please line up at the back of the group and be courteous to other walkers. The 5K Walk does offer a price discount to ages 12 and under will be made at. checkout.
Wheelchair
25K Wheelchair Racing
To register and participate in the River Bank Run 25K Wheelchair and Handcycle divisions, participants must have a physical disability which prohibits them from running the event. This event is for competitive wheelchair athletes only. Divisions are not designed for leisure racing.
