About this race

The first Saturday after Labor Day has the scenic town of Elroy, Wisconsin, sponsoring its very own Apple Dumpling Days. As part of the festivities, The Elroy Lions Club hosts the Elroy Apple Dumpling Day Races.
 
The first races were in 2007 with a 5K and a single kids race. The Apple Dumpling Day Races expanded in 2008 and added a very successful ½ marathon and an additional kids race for the very young. In 2013, a certified full marathon was added to the venue. 

Join fellow runners on September 12, 2026 for the Apple Dumpling Day Races. It's a fantastic Marathon, Half-Marathon, 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Elroy.
