Join us for the ASCV 5K & Family Fun Day!
The ASCV 5K & Family Fun Day is returning to Innsbrook on May 16, 2026 from 8-11am! This in-person event will feature our 5K run/walk, new 1-mile walk, Resource Fair, new Safety fair, and plenty of family fun!
Each 5K participant is also a fundraiser, with money raised supporting the Autism Society of Central Virginia and our mission to support, empower, and build connections for our local autism community. In addition to our beloved 5K Run/Walk, the event will also feature family friendly activities, entertainment from our main stage, and a resource fair highlighting the work of our partners.

Running
5K Runner
Run the 5K and set your pace! Whether you're aiming for a personal best or just enjoying the course, this chip-timed race is family-friendly and wheel-friendly for all participants. Registration Includes: Chip-timed racing bib, event t-shirt, swag bag, plus full access to all family-friendly activities and the Resource Fair and Safety Fair featuring our community partners. *Note: All attendees including walkers and runners of all ages, and those who are not racing but plan to join us for Family Fun Day, must register.
1-Mile Walker
Walk 1-mile The race is family-friendly and wheel-friendly! Does not include timing chip. Registration includes: event t-shirt, swag bag, as well as free access all of our family friendly activities and Resource Fair & Safety Fair highlighting the work of our community partners, starting at 8am. *Note: All attendees including walkers and runners of all ages, and those who are not racing but plan to join us for Family Fun Day, must register.
Virtual 5K (Mailed Packet)
Join the ASCV 5K from anywhere! Whether you’re running solo or rallying friends for a local walk, your registration includes a mailed packet with an event t-shirt so you can celebrate with us, wherever you are. *Note: Mailed packets will be sent to the address provided at registration. Packets may arrive after event day depending on processing and postal timelines.
Kids (5 & Under)
Big fun for little feet! Our youngest participants (ages 5 & under) are welcome to walk, roll, or simply enjoy the fun of Family Fun Day. Registration ensures they’re part of the action! *Note: All attendees including walkers and runners of all ages, and those who are not racing but plan to join us for Family Fun Day, must register. Kids 5 and under will not receive an event t-shirt.
Walking
5K Walker
Walk the 5K at your own pace—no chip timing, no pressure! This family-friendly and wheel-friendly experience is for anyone who wants to move, connect, and celebrate together. Registration Includes: Racing bib (no chip), event t-shirt, swag bag, plus full access to all family-friendly activities and the Resource Fair featuring our community partners. *Note: All attendees including walkers and runners of all ages, and those who are not racing but plan to join us for Family Fun Day, must register.
