VIRTUAL MILE
The route you run is up to you. We will have some suggested routes for the mile and 5K on our website...and if we have enough local virtual participants, we may put out signage on one or two of those routes. No prizes will be awarded based on times for VIRTUAL RUNNERS as there is no way to verify times. You can run your race any time, but you will be able to upload your times to the race site from Oct 22 - Nov 1. All virtual runners ARE encouraged to participate in our online contests!

IN PERSON MILE
The Mile Fun Run will be held in three different waves of up to 150 participants per wave: 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am. Race Start/Finish is in Lithia Park, Ashland OR, just below the band shell. Racers will be asked to not come to the start until 15 min before your start time, wear a mask except when running, and socially distance for the starting line up.
IN PERSON 5K
The 5K Race will be held in two different waves of up to 150 participants per wave: 9:00am, and 10:30am. Race Start/Finish is in the parking lot on Granite St just across from the Lantern Hill Rd intersection. Racers will be asked to not come to the start until 15 min before your start time, wear a mask except when running, and socially distance for the starting line up.

The 10K Race will be held in a single event at 8:00am with participation limited to 150 participants. Race Start/Finish is in Lithia Park, Ashland OR, just below the band shell. Racers will be asked to wear a mask except when running, and socially distance for the starting line up.
