Charlotte, NC 28210 In 2008, the Trauma Survivors Network (TSN) was developed by the American Trauma Society (ATS) to help trauma centers provide the support and services patients and their families need during their recovery from serious injury. The TSN:
- Brings together trauma survivors and families to connect with one another and share support and information about the recovery process
- Has established a network of state-of-the-art, hospital-based peer support programs and other resources for trauma survivors and their families
- Trained health care providers to deliver the best care and support to patients and their families and friends
- Builds a community of advocates dedicated to improving prevention efforts, trauma outcomes and trauma system

Join us VIRTUALLY for a run/walk/cycle or roll to support trauma survivors on their Race to Rebuild. Register for the Race to Rebuild and complete the mileage of your choice anytime and anywhere between May 1 and May 31, 2026. Simply run, walk, cycle or roll a distance any place that works for you. In your neighborhood, your favorite trail, or even on a treadmill! There is no formal tracking for this event - our mission is to spread awareness! Your official Race To Rebuild t-shirt will be shipped to you. After you complete your race, share your accomplishment and a message of hope and inspiration to trauma survivors to social media. Show off in your new shirt and be sure to use #NationalTraumaSurvivorsDay and #RaceToRebuild when you post your pictures!
