August Run Day

Join us for our next Run Day. This month we are happy to have special guest: Paws Across Pittsburgh Animal Rescue! Paws Across Pittsburgh is a local non-profit animal rescue that works to rescue, rehabilitate a re-home homeless, abused and unwanted dogs and cats.

Adoptables will be on site, so whether you're here to run, walk or cheer folks on, stop by and meet some furry pups looking for their furever homes.

We will also be collecting donations to help support this incredible local organization. Every bit helps give animals the care and second chance they deserve. You can also meet and mingle with local reps to learn more about fostering, adoption and others ways to help out.

When: Aug 23, 2026 at 11:00am
Where: The Leaning Cask Brewing Company
Race Format: You can choose between the pre-routed 5K (3.1 miles) or 1 mile. Runners of all abilities welcome.
Race Details: Check-in/registration will take place in the back of the brewery- in the lot behind the building. The starting line will also start on Lincoln Road so we recommend parking in this back lot.

5K and 1 miles routes will be marked with turning arrows at each turn as you navigate through Springdale. You can run, walk, bike - whatever you like as long as you're moving.

After you finish, join us inside the pub for a free pint on us (only for those 21+) and toast your fitness victory!

Please keep in mind this is a fun run, which means we don't take competition too seriously. Our goal is to encourage healthy exercise and community...and of course beer - burn those calories so you have more room for beer!
