Virtual 5K Run/Bike/Swim
Join us virtually from anywhere and complete your 5K in ANY way (run/walk/bike/swim) at ANY time prior to 1/9/2021. If you would like to submit your time as a virtual participant, you will have the week of January 3-8, 2021 to complete your RUN and submit your time. Race medals and shirts will be available for pickup from Runner's Edge in Boca Raton January 2-8, 2021 or can be mailed out to virtual participants. Take a picture of you participating in this virtual event and share to your social media with the hashtag #VirtualRaceforHope2021
5K In-person Run
Limited capacity for the in-person race at John Prince Park on Saturday, January 9, 2021 to comply with physical distancing requirements. All runners are required to wear protective face coverings at all times except on the race course after crossing the starting line and before crossing the finish line.
5K In-person Run/Walk WITH PET
Pets are welcome to accompany their owners on the race course. All pets and their owners must be registered to run/walk. Pet owners are responsible for starting the run/walk in the rear of the crowd for the safety of the pets and runners. Limited capacity for the in-person race at John Prince Park on Saturday, January 9, 2021 to comply with physical distancing requirements. All runners are required to wear protective face coverings at all times except on the race course after crossing the starting line and before crossing the finish line.
Kid's Dash
The Kids Dash is one wave, starting at 8:00 am. It is not timed, for ages 6 and under and is 100 yards. There is no limit to the number of registrations. All the children who participate receive a medal as well. It is a no pressure fun run for the little ones!
Hometown Hero 5K (free for active Palm Beach County Police)
Must be a police officer on active duty in Palm Beach County to participate. Limited capacity for the in-person race at John Prince Park on Saturday, January 9, 2021 to comply with physical distancing requirements. All runners are required to wear protective face coverings at all times except on the race course after crossing the starting line and before crossing the finish line.
Hometown Hero 5K (free for active Palm Beach County Firefighter)
Must be a firefighter on active duty in Palm Beach County to participate. Limited capacity for the in-person race at John Prince Park on Saturday, January 9, 2021 to comply with physical distancing requirements. All runners are required to wear protective face coverings at all times except on the race course after crossing the starting line and before crossing the finish line.
