Average Joe Run 5K - Naples

Get ready to celebrate the extraordinary in the ordinary at the 2026 Average Joe Run 5K! Join us on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at the beautiful North Collier Regional Park for a morning dedicated to community, laughter, and a whole lot of fun. From the moment the music kicks off, you'll be energized by a lively atmosphere that turns a standard 5K into a full-blown party. Whether you’re a seasoned sprinter or a casual stroller, we invite you to bring your best dance moves to the starting line—this event is all about keeping the spirits high and the vibes positive from start to finish.

The celebration certainly doesn’t stop at the finish line; in fact, that’s when the real treat begins! Once you cross the mat, get ready to indulge in our legendary post-race party featuring DONUTS, DONUTS, and even more DONUTS. It’s the perfect way to refuel, hang out with friends, and enjoy a well-deserved sugar rush while soaking in the park scenery. We pride ourselves on creating the "World's Easiest 5K," where the focus is firmly on having a great time and enjoying the camaraderie of your fellow runners.

Every participant is treated like a VIP, receiving a personalized race bib equipped with an RFID timing chip, a high-quality event shirt, and a beautiful finisher medal to commemorate your achievement. While we honor the swift with awards for the top 3 overall finishers and top performers in every age group, our most unique tradition celebrates those who hit the sweet spot: we present special "Average Joe" and "Average Jane" awards to the participants who finish exactly in the middle of the pack. Come be a part of the fun and see if you have what it takes to be our next champion!
