Organize planning teams for key areas: Health Screenings, 5K Run/Walk, Food & Vendors, Kids Zone, Sponsorships, and Marketing
Map out 2026 event goals and partnerships
Identify new partners, sponsors, and volunteers to expand our impact
Bring your ideas, passion, and community connections — this meeting is where innovation meets action.
