Get ready to ignite your trail-running spirit at the Bays Blaze 10K, presented by Fleet Feet Kingsport/Johnson City! This challenging and scenic adventure begins with one of Bays Mountain Park's most iconic features—the floating bridge crossing over the reservoir. From there, runners will leave the pavement behind and dive deep into the heart of the park's rugged trail system.
The course winds through a diverse mix of flowing singletrack, rolling ridgelines, and demanding climbs as participants tackle sections of Cherry Knobs, Cross Ridges, Back Hollow, Chinquapin, and Lake Road. Along the way, runners will experience the beauty of dense hardwood forests, rocky terrain, and breathtaking views that make Bays Mountain one of East Tennessee's premier trail-running destinations. The route combines fast runnable stretches with technical sections that will test both fitness and trail skills.
