Choose to do a team of 2 or a team of 3 Team of 2 - One Runner (4 miles); One Bicyclist (13 miles) - Runner starts - 2 mile run (1 mile out, 1 mile back) - Bicyclist continues - 13 mile bike (6.5 mile out, 6.5 mile back) - Runner finishes - 2 mile run (1 mile out, 1 mile back) Team of 3 - Two Runners (2 miles each); One Bicyclist (13 miles) - Runner 1 starts - 2 mile run (1 mile out, 1 mile back) - Bicyclist continues - 13 mile bike (6.5 mile out, 6.5 mile back) - Runner 2 finishes - 2 mile run (1 mile out, 1 mile back) Please note this race is for ages 14 and up (under 18 must have parental permission)
