Kid Fun Run 1K - No Day of Registration
A fun run on a closed loop for the young runners in training.
5K RUN/WALK - No Day of Registration
The 5K run/walk starts with a 0.7 mile loop through the Villages at Poquonock, turns left on to Poquonock Ave, then left onto Rainbow Rd. Runners make a U-turn at the intersection of Rainbow Rd and High St and continue back on Rainbow Rd to Poquonock and finishing their last stretch down Commons Crossing at the Villages. No dogs are allowed on the course, and strollers must start in the last wave, regardless of pace time.
10K RUN - No Day of Registration
The 10K will start at the same place and time as the 5K, beginning with a 0.7 mile loop through the Villages at Poquonock then turning left onto Poquonock Ave, left onto Rainbow Rd, continue to rotary before turning around and going back finishing with a half loop back at the Villages. No dogs are allowed on the 10K course, those with strollers must abide by the 2 hour course time limit for their safety and the safety of others on the roads.
Virtual 5K Run
Virtual runs are just like traditional races with community and fun, but you can run, walk or hike your race wherever you want with whomever you want. You can even finish on a treadmill! Just submit your time via email after the live event and we will post your results.
Virtual 10K Run
Virtual runs are just like traditional races with community and fun, but you can run, walk or hike your race wherever you want with whomever you want. You can even finish on a treadmill! Just submit your time via email after the live event and we will post your results.
Virtual Half Marathon
Virtual runs are just like traditional races with community and fun, but you can run, walk or hike your race wherever you want with whomever you want. You can even finish on a treadmill! Just submit your time via email after the live event and we will post your results.
RACE FOR HOPE Challenge
Complete all three virtual events; 5K, 10K, and 1/2 marathon and submit your results between 8/16/2020 and midnight on 8/31/2020 to become a "Champion of Hope" and earn an extra swag award!!!
