4K Walk

The 4k Walk: This is a 4k loop. This is not a timed race and you are welcome to walk or run at your own pace.The path will be marked and marshals will be on site to guide you. Registration: Online registration is open through May 17, 2025 though people who register after May 5, 2025 will not be eligible to receive a T-shirt. Registration kiosks will also be open on site, the morning of the event. Check-in: Begins at the registration pavilion at 8:00am with an opportunity to join a welcome yoga session between 8:00am and 9:00am. Event marshals will be on site to direct you to the appropriate parking area and registration pavilion. Location: Hammonasset Beach State Park- Madison, CT./West Beach Parking: It's free to all vehicles registered in the state of Connecticut, all other vehicles will be subject to a park entrance fee upon arrival. Children: All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There is no fee for children under 16, but they must be registered to participate in the walk, stroll or Kids' Fun Run if they are participating (waivers do apply). T-Shirts: T-Shirts will not be available for order after May 5, 2025. As the registration fee is waived for children under 16, there are no T-Shirts included for that age group. A limited number of T-shirts will be available for sale at the event. Dogs: Well behaved dogs are allowed if on a leash and park rules are followed.

1K Stroll

The 1k Stroll: This is a small walking loop, for those who prefer to walk a shorter distance. The path will be marked and marshals will be on site to guide you.
