Beats for a Cure

Brought to you by Beats for a Cure: 

Beats for a Cure is a non-profit organization that uses music to raise funds to fight various types of cancers. The initial goal was to aid breast cancer research and support, but has grown to assist not only breast cancer, but prostate, multiple myeloma, and for this event, childhood cancer.

Get a chance to run through the Asian Lantern Festival at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and raise funds that will go to University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children Hospital. When you register you are given the option to become of a fundraiser or create/join a fundraising team. We will be giving a prize to the top fundraiser. Those funds raised are TAX DEDUCIBLE and go towards University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital for childhood cancer. You can have friends, family, and businesses sponsor your run/walk by donating to your page.

Race-day registration/packet pickup begins at 7am across from the Ticket Plaza inside the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo (3900 Wildlife Way, Cleveland, Ohio 44109)

• $40 (over 18)
• $30 (18 and under)

Race Day Registration 5K:

• $45 (over 18)
• $35 (18 and under)

Pre-Registration 1M Walk: (Before August 29th):

• $30 (over 18)
• $20 (18 and under) 

Race Day Registration 1M Walk:

• $35 (over 18)
• $25 (18 and under)

Virtual Run: $50

Spectator: $12. 

All tickets include access to the Zoo following the event

Family Registration: $5 off per participant (4-10 members)

Refund Policy:

Sorry, but all entries are non-refundable. Once we’ve received and processed your entry, you will not receive a refund, you may not give or sell your race number to other people, and entry fees are not transferable to the next year’s race or any other race.
