A race that loops around Alameda Point and then takes you out along the water and beachfront to a turn around on Southshore Drive. Your entry includes a Beer City race t-shirt, tasting glass, and The Key to Beer City finishers medal. There is unlimited tasting at the end of the run in your 7-ounce tasting cup.

A great 10k to get you ready for beer tasting and a great party! You run the 5k course out around the USS Hornet and another loop out to Faction Brewing. Return along the waterfront. Your entry includes a Beer City race t-shirt, tasting glass, and The Key to Beer City finishers medal. There is unlimited tasting at the end of the run in your 7-ounce tasting cup.

5k

A lovely 5k romp from Waterfront Park out to USS Hornet and along the Bay. Your entry includes a Beer City race t-shirt, tasting glass, and The Key to Beer City finishers medal. There is unlimited tasting at the end of the run in your 7-ounce tasting cup. Upon entering you can purchase a discounted ticket to the Festival and stay for the whole day!

Beat the Beast Beer Mile

It's the grandaddy of them all! Join us for our beer mile to beat all beer miles. You will drink 4 x 12 beers (no shotgunning) and run 1/4 mile between each of them. Beat the other runners. AND beat the Beer City Beast! Lose to the Beast or Lose your cookies, and you're OUT of the race.

The Beer Stroll is a gentle mile that starts and ends with BEER. You get all the amenities, too. Shirt, tasting glass, Key to Beer City Alameda. We do not time the Beer Stroll or track who comes in first. Everyone is a winner with this one. Your entry includes a Beer City race t-shirt, tasting glass, and The Key to Beer City finishers medal.
