About this race

  The Birmingham Public Schools Physical Education Department is holding our annual 5th Grade Fall Fun Run on Saturday October 4, 2025.  This event is supported by Chartwells and the Birmingham Education Foundation. Fifth grade Birmingham Public School students are invited to participate in a 1 mile run/walk in Beverly Park located at 18801 Beverly Rd, Beverly Hills, MI 48025. This activity promotes wellness and encourages running or walking as a fitness activity.   The registration deadline is Thursday October 2nd at 6:00 pm and there is no onsite registration.
  • The event will start and finish at Beverly Park. 
  • Check-in  8:00 - 8:30 AM.  
  • Please arrive early to allow time to warm up with your school!
  • Students will receive their bib number at check in.  Please wear bib number on the front of the body. 
  • There will be a separate boys and girls run.  First 1-Mile run will start promptly 9:00 AM 
  • Snacks and water will be provided at the finish line.
  • This event will run in rain or shine so be prepared for the weather!  
  The school with the highest percentage of participants will get a trophy and bragging rights for the year.
