50K Solo (Live)
The start will be at the underground parking lot of the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel on Banyan Drive, Hilo (same as last year). Solo Runners: Start is at 6:00 am. Relay Team Runners: Start is at 6:15 am. This course utilizes shoulders on Hwy 11 and finishes at the Cooper Center in Volcano. Relay teams change runners every 2 miles at the even mile markers. There are no aid stations along the course, so runners are encouraged to bring their own water and nourishment
