Blueberry Fun Run 10k
The 10k route is reminiscent of the old Blueberry Fun Run routes, minus some of the hills! Racers will start at Bawden Street Brewing Company at 325 Bawden Street. Racers will follow Park Avenue past City Park, turn R on Deermount, cross Stedman to the water side at the crosswalk, and head south on Tongass. The turnaround will be just south of South Tongass Service gas station. To return, racers will follow S Tongass/Stedman back to town, cross to the uphill side of Stedman at the intersection with Deermount, and continue through town. Blueberry Fun Run 5k
The 5k route is reminiscent of the old Blueberry Fun Run routes, minus some of the hills! Racers will start at Bawden Street Brewing Company at 325 Bawden Street. Racers will follow Park Avenue past City Park, turn R on Deermount, cross Stedman to the water side at the crosswalk, and head south on Tongass. The turnaround will be marked with a cone, just past the Coast Guard Base. The "click it or ticket" road sign is the landmark! To return, racers will follow Stedman back to town, cross to the uphill side of Stedman at the intersection with Deermount, and continue through town.
