About this race
Lace up your running shoes and join us for the Bobby Taylor 5K Charity Race on Saturday, September 5, 2026, to support a dedicated Monroe County volunteer firefighter currently battling cancer. The race kicks off bright and early, so please arrive ready to line up promptly at 7:00 a.m. in front of the Culloden Museum, located at 9 College Street. Registration is just $25, and all participants are encouraged to wear solid purple T-shirts to show their support. Every single dollar raised from this event goes directly toward helping Bobby cover his medical costs, making this the perfect opportunity to hit the pavement for an incredible cause and give back to a local hero who has spent years protecting our community.
