Bolingbrook Howl-O-Ween 5K
About the Event
Love those 4-legged friends of ours? Have a soft spot for rescue animals? Or just want to get some exercise? This event is for you!
Join us for our fourth annual 6-legged 5K! Run or walk, with or without your furry friend for a festive Halloween themed event. Registration comes with a Howl-O-Ween 5K sweatshirt, participation medal and race bib. You do not need a dog or costume to participant but we highly encourage both!
Awards will be given to the overall top male and female finishers. The top male and female finishers in the following age groups will also receive an award: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-65, 66+.
If you do bring your 4-legged friend along, you must adhere to the following guidelines:
o You are responsible for the actions of your dog.
o Dogs must be leashed at all times.
o Leashes must not exceed 8 feet.
o No dogs with known aggressive behavior toward other dogs or people may participate.
o Be polite: pick up and dispose of dog feces.
Pre-registration (before September 27): $35
Regular Registration (September 28 - October 18): $40
Online registration is open until 8:00am Saturday, October 18 2026.
*Please note that any registrations after September 27, 2026 are not guaranteed a sweatshirt or their requested size on race day.
Join fellow runners on October 18, 2026 for the Bolingbrook Howl-O-Ween 5K. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Bolingbrook.
