About this race
5th Annual Book It! 5K to benefit Parish Public Library
This year we're doing a Halloween-themed Costume Run!
Race Registration (run/walk): $25/person through 10/10 ($30/person after that date) plus processing fee
Race (run/walk) starts: 10 a.m.
Sign-in begins: 9 a.m. at Parish Fire Dept.
Register by 10/10 to guarantee a race shirt (included with your fee)
Sign-ups after 10/10 will receive a shirt on a first-come, first-served basis.
Costumes encouraged, but not required
This race is dog-friendly to friendly, well-trained, and leashed dogs. (Dog costumes are also welcome!)
Chicken BBQ on October 26th11 a.m. until sold out at the Parish Public Library
Advance sale chicken dinners: $12 (by 10/25)
At-the-door chicken dinners: $15 (after 10/25)
You can purchase advance sale tickets here (with a small processing fee) through 10/25, or purchase with cash or check at the door. All proceeds benefit Parish Public Library. In-person advance registration and Chicken BBQ tickets are available at the library (cash, check, or Venmo only).
