 Boooo-mfield 5K – Where Block Party Meets Halloween

The Boooo-mfield 5K is more than just a run — it’s a Halloween-flavored block party right in the heart of the Watsessing community, starting and finishing outside Skiddoo and Narda’s Café. Whether you're racing in costume, walking with friends, or pushing a stroller to the finish, this is a fall morning you won’t want to miss.

All proceeds from the event support local community efforts — including the incredible work of the Friends of Watsessing Park Conservancy, a volunteer-driven group dedicated to preserving and enhancing one of Bloomfield’s most beloved parks, and the Bloomfield High School Cross Country and Track & Field teams, helping fund gear, travel, and meet expenses for student-athletes.

Come for the run, stay for the music, costumes, food, giveaways, and spooky-fun vibes!

 

What to Expect:

• Costumed cheer squads and friendly faces all along the course
• A festive Kids Dash, plus face painting, snacks, and giveaways
• Local vendors, food trucks, Narda's punches, and fresh coffee from Skiddoo
• Great music, fun photo ops, and a big dose of Halloween spirit — all wrapped in a warm, welcoming community vibe

Walkers are absolutely welcome—and costumes are encouraged! Every registration helps support Bloomfield’s Track/XC teams and brings new trees to Watsessing Park. Come for the run, stay for the fun!
