Virtual Swim Bike <and/or> Run
Swim, Bike, <and/or> Run on your own any day during the month of July and submit your times to be placed on the Leader Board. Each segment is to be timed individually like a time trial. You may submit multiple results, so go test yourself a couple of times and see if you can beat your earlier times. Due to Lea Lake being closed to the public, only the bike course is the same as the Bottomless Triathlon course (1 loop to and from the security booth). We expect most people to only submit swim and run times. The swim is 400 yds in a regulation pool. The run is 3200m on a 400m track (8 laps). You must opt in to receive communications in order to report your times. Click on the "Results" tab on the event page or click on the link in your confirmation email to post your times.
