Boyne City Independence Day Run - Come for the race, stay for the parade and a day filled with family fun, music, activities, games and cap off your evening with an amazing Fireworks Show as part of the Boyne City 4th of July Festival!
A small town race done in a BIG way with as many as 1,200 participants in recent years, the Boyne City Independence Day run is a low cost and family fun event offering professionally timed 5 Mile and 2 Mile events. Proceeds from the event go toward the amazing fireworks show that we strongly suggest participants stick around for!
Join fellow runners on July 4, 2026 for the Boyne City Independence Day Run. It's a fantastic 8K, 3.2K featuring a flat and fast course in Boyne City.
