About this race
We are BACK to the flat, fast, streets of North Kansas City on June 6, 2026 for Brandon Russell's 10th Flash Dash! Join us for our annual 5k run/walk or a 1 mile walk. For the younger dashers we will again be offering our popular Kid's Dash!
All racers will receive a race t-shirt and medal!
You must register by Sunday, May 23rd to guarantee a shirt and your preferred shirt size.
We will have additional shirts available for those that register after May 23rd but we cannot guarantee availability, size, or cut.
