Hope for Tomorrow 5K Run
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED BUT SAME DAY RACE REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE STARTING AT 4:00 PM. COST IS $35 PAYABLE IN CASH, CHECK, VENMO, OR CREDIT CARD. Como Lake Park is a certified 5K course and relatively flat. The 5K race will be timed and begin at 6:00 PM. Awards will be presented 3 deep to the top male and female runners. In addition, age group awards will be presented to the top 3 male and female runners in each of the following groups: 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and older. If you're walking, we have a pretty easy 1 mile course laid out for you but you can walk as far as you are comfortable with. The walk will begin at 6:15 PM after the runners have started. Register before May 5 to make sure you get a t-shirt. Registrations after May 5 are not guaranteed a t-shirt. Same day registration will be available but will not include a tshirt or goodie bag.
Under 14 Registration

Kids under 14 are free and can particpate in either walk or run. Register before May 5 to make sure you get a t-shirt. Registrations after May 5 are not guaranteed a t-shirt.
Walking
Hope for Tomorrow 5K Walk
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED BUT SAME DAY RACE REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE STARTING AT 4:00 PM. COST IS $35 PAYABLE IN CASH, CHECK, VENMO, OR CREDIT CARD. Walkers will not be timed. The 5K walk route is the same as the run but there is a 1 mile short cut option available as well. Please walk as far as you are comfortable with. The walk will begin at 6:15 PM after the runners have started. Register before May 5 to make sure you get a t-shirt. Registrations after May 5 are not guaranteed a t-shirt.
