- Complete a 5K (3.1 miles) run or walk any time that you choose!
- Send us your results on our online form (your confirmation email will include instructions)
- Post your pics on our Facebook page (optional)
- Celebrate your accomplishment and your love of Beer in your commemorative Souvenir Pint Glass
